TrustSays doesn't have two kinds of account. Your account belongs to your email, and it's the same whether you write reviews or reply to them for a company.
Consumers
- You log in at log in.
- You write reviews and see them under My profile.
- Only your first name and your country are shown with your reviews.
Businesses
- You log in at business login with your Work email. Login uses a code by email, just like for consumers.
- Access to a company comes from the team. Either you claim the company's profile, so you become owner, or a colleague invites you.
- If you're in several companies, you choose which one to work with when you log in.
- Owners must use two-step verification. See Two-step verification for businesses.
If the company isn't on TrustSays yet, create a free profile. Read more in Claim your profile.
Roles in the team
Under Settings, Team and roles in the dashboard you can see who has access. The roles are Owner, Admin, Can reply, Marketing and Read only. There must always be at least one owner, and only owners can give or remove the owner role.
Keep work email and personal email separate
If you use your work email, that's the account that's in the company's team. If you also want to write reviews as a private person, use your personal email for that. Then it's clear what's yours and what's the company's.
Never write reviews of your own workplace or of a competitor. It's against the guidelines for reviewers.
If you leave the company
An owner or admin can remove you from the team. Your account and your own reviews are not affected. If you're the only owner, make a colleague owner before you leave.
