A case number is a short reference to a case. It makes it easy for us to find the right case when you write to us.

What it looks like

Case numbers start with TS and the year, e.g. TS-2026-48213 or TS-2026-482130. The number is only a reference. It doesn't give access to anything.

When do I get a case number?

  • When you report a review: the case number is in the confirmation after Send report.
  • When your review has been held back or removed: the case number is shown with the decision under My profile and on the appeal page.
  • When you report misuse: the case number is in the receipt after Send misuse report.
  • When a company reports a review: the case number is in the confirmation in the dashboard.

Keep the number

The case number after a report or a misuse report is only shown in the confirmation. Write it down or take a screenshot if you want to be able to refer to the case later.

What if I report the same thing twice?

If you already have an open report of the same review, we don't create a new case. You get the case number of the case that already exists.

Use the case number

Include the case number when you contact us. Also tell us which company it's about, and when you sent the case.
