The first step when you write a review is to choose the right company. If you start from the company's own page, it's already chosen, and you go straight to the stars.
Search for the company
- Go to Write a review.
- Enter the company's name or website in the search box under Who do you want to review?
- Choose Review next to the right company.
If you've visited companies on TrustSays recently, they're listed under Recently visited, so you can quickly choose them again.
Check the website next to the name. Several companies can have almost the same name, but the website is always unique.
The company doesn't exist
If the company isn't on TrustSays yet, you can add it yourself and write the first review.
- Choose + Add a company under Can't find it?
- Enter the company's address under Website, e.g. companyname.com.
- Enter the company's name.
- Choose Continue to the review, and write your review as normal.
When you send the review, we check that the website exists. Until the company claims the profile and corrects the details, it's shown with its website address as its name.
If it doesn't work
- We can't find the website: If you get the message that we can't find the domain, check the spelling. Enter only the address itself, e.g. companyname.com, without spaces.
- The company has no website: Right now a company needs a website to be added. Contact us and we'll help.
- You're not sure it's the right one: Open the company's page first, and check the address and website under About the company.
