Delete your review

1. 1Go to My profile.
2. 2Find the review under My reviews and choose Edit.
3. 3Find Delete the review at the bottom and choose Delete.
4. 4Read what happens and choose Delete review to confirm.

• The review is removed from the company's profile.
• It no longer counts towards the company's SaysScore.
• The company's reply and the helpful votes disappear along with it.
• It can't be undone.

Yes. Once you've deleted your review, you can write a new review of the same company. But consider whether it's easier to edit the one you have. That way you keep the company's reply and the helpful votes. Read Edit your review.

If you want to delete everything, you can delete your whole account under Settings. All your reviews are then removed along with the replies to them. Read Delete your account.

Companies may not pressure you to delete or change your review, and they may not offer you anything for it. Report it to us and we'll look into it.
