It's free to write a review, and you don't need an invitation from the company. It usually takes a couple of minutes and happens in four steps: Find, Rate, Write and Publish.
Before you start
- The review must be based on your own genuine experience with the company within the past 12 months.
- You may not review a company you own, work for or compete with.
- You may not receive money, gifts or discounts for writing it.
Feel free to read the guidelines for reviewers before you write.
How to do it
- Choose Write a review on the company's page, or go to Write a review and search for the company's name or website. Choose Review next to the right company.
- Choose between 1 and 5 stars, and choose Continue.
- If you like, choose what the experience is about, e.g. Delivery or Customer service. Write a Headline and the text itself under Your review. The text must be at least 50 characters.
- Choose when the experience took place under Date of experience, and choose To confirmation.
- Tick the box to confirm that the review is based on your own experience.
- If you're not logged in, choose Continue with email, enter your email and choose Send code. Enter the 6-digit code from the email. If you're new, you also need to enter your first name.
- Choose Send review.
While you write, you can see a preview of how the review will look.
Your draft is saved
What you write is saved automatically as a draft in the browser as long as the tab is open. If you choose Close and save draft, the text is ready when you open the same company again in the same tab. If you close the tab or the browser, the draft disappears.
If it doesn't work
- If it says you've already reviewed the company, read Several reviews of the same company.
- If you don't get a code, read Log in with a code by email.
- See the other error messages under Errors when you send a review.
