- The plans and what they includeTrustSays has four plans: Free, Start, Growth and Partner. Here you can see what each plan gives you.
- Prices, currency and yearly paymentPrices exclude VAT, are paid monthly or yearly, and yearly payment gives you 2 months free.
- Buy a planYou buy Start, Growth or Partner under Subscription and billing in the dashboard and pay by card via Stripe.
- Change plan and find invoicesUnder Subscription and billing in the dashboard you change plan, download invoices and cancel the subscription.
- Invoices, CVR and VAT numberThe invoices are available as PDFs with Stripe. You fill in the address and CVR or VAT number when you buy.
- Payment cards and payment methodsYou pay by card via Stripe. You change the card on the payment page, which opens from the dashboard.
- The payment failedIf we can't take the payment, you keep the plan while Stripe tries again. Update the card so you don't lose it.
- VAT on your purchasePrices exclude VAT. When you buy, 25% Danish VAT is added on top.
- Is there a trial period?There's no trial period on the paid plans, but you can use Free for as long as you like.
- Cancel the subscriptionYou can cancel at any time. The plan renews automatically until you cancel, and it runs until the end of the period.
- What happens when you cancel?You keep the profile, SaysScore and all reviews on Free. Features from the paid plans stop.
- A plan granted by TrustSaysIf TrustSays has given you a plan, you have exactly the same features as with a paid plan, without paying.
- Create, store and revoke API keysYou create the API key for free under Settings, API and webhooks. It's only shown once.
- Fetch score and reviews with the APIScore, breakdown and reviews can be fetched as JSON without a key from api.trustsays.com.
- Report orders with the API and send invitationsYour system reports orders to POST /v1/orders with a signed API key, and delivered orders trigger invitations.
- Order token for the star widgetAn order token on the thank-you page gives the customer's review the Verified purchase label. It's created on your server with the API key.
- Limits and errors in the APIOrders can be reported up to 600 times a minute. Here are the limits and the errors the API can respond with.
- Webhooks from TrustSaysWebhooks to your own systems are coming soon. Until then, you can fetch data with the API.
- White label: TrustSays under your own nameWhite label is for platforms and chains that want to offer reviews in their own design. It's arranged with us.
