If you've claimed your profile, you can buy a plan directly in the dashboard. Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment provider.

How to buy

  1. Open the dashboard and choose your company.
  2. Go to Settings, Subscription and billing.
  3. Choose Change plan.
  4. Choose Monthly or Yearly · 2 months free.
  5. Choose the button next to the plan, e.g. Choose Start or Choose Growth. You can also arrange Partner via Contact sales.
  6. Complete the payment with Stripe, and confirm.

Afterwards you come back to the dashboard. It says Thank you! The payment has been completed. It can take a moment before the plan is updated.

What you need

  • A payment card.
  • The company's address. It must be filled in.
  • Ideally your company registration (CVR) number or VAT number, so it's included on the invoice.
  • If you've received a discount code, you can enter it with Stripe.

Who can buy

Only the owner of the company on TrustSays can buy and change the plan. Owners must use two-step verification. Other roles, including Admin, don't have access to billing. See Team and roles.

If it doesn't work

  • The payment was cancelled. Nothing has been charged: You closed the payment before it was finished. Try again.
  • Nothing happens when you choose a plan: If you already have a paid plan, you switch it with Change plan. See Change plan and find invoices.
  • You can't get access to billing: Check that you're logged in as the owner.
  • If the plan still shows as Free after a few minutes, reload the page. If that doesn't help, contact us.
