What customers see at the top of your profile is edited under Settings, Company profile in the dashboard. Only Owner and Admin can change it. At the bottom you see a preview of the profile.
Logo
- Choose Upload logo, or Change logo if you have one.
- Choose a file in PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF.
The logo is saved straight away. If you don't want a logo, choose Remove. Without a logo, we show the first letter of your name.
- Use a square logo of at least 256 × 256 px.
- The file can be no larger than 2 MB. SVG isn't supported.
- Animated GIFs are shown as a still image.
Name
Edit the name in the Name field. It must be at least 2 characters. Use the name customers know you by.
Description
Write briefly what you do and who you help in the Description field. There's room for 500 characters. Without a description, it says the company hasn't written one yet.
The description is saved per language. If you have customers in several countries, write it on each country site.
Save
When you've changed something, the The changes haven't been saved bar appears. Choose Save changes, or Undo to go back.
If it doesn't work
- The logo isn't saved: check the file type and size, and try again.
- Your role doesn't give access to this: ask an Owner or Admin to change it.
- The website can't be edited: the domain is locked because the profile belongs to it.
