A profile on TrustSays always belongs to one domain, e.g. yourcompany.com. It's the domain customers review, and it's what you verify.
Several companies in one login
If you have several websites or brands, you claim each profile separately:
- Open Create profile and enter the next domain.
- Verify the domain as the first time.
- Repeat for each domain.
When you're in several companies, you choose the company when you open the dashboard. You can also be invited to other people's companies, e.g. as an agency.
The same company in several countries
You don't need a profile per country. Instead, choose the countries you sell in under Settings, Languages and countries. The profile is then shown on the country sites for those countries. See Languages and countries.
The SaysScore is shared across the whole profile. A country gets its own SaysScore from 10 reviews from that country.
Several domains for the same profile
If you have, for example, a .dk and a .se domain that should collect reviews on one profile, you can't link them yourselves in the dashboard. Contact us and we'll find a solution. On the Partner plan, a dedicated contact person helps with multiple domains. See the prices.
Good to know
- Each profile has its own plan and its own team.
- You can't move reviews from one profile to another yourselves.
