Your profile may show Verified company next to the name. In the dashboard you see it as Verified next to the website under Company profile.
What the label means
The label means the company has confirmed that it owns the profile, via email on the domain or DNS. It tells customers that replies and information come from the company itself.
The label says nothing about how good the company is. It can't be bought, and it doesn't affect the SaysScore.
How to get the label
- Claim your profile.
- Verify the domain with a code by email, a DNS record or a meta tag.
If you can't see the label on the profile after verifying the domain, contact us and we'll help.
Not the same as Verified purchase
- Verified company is about the company and is shown next to the name.
- Verified purchase is shown on the individual review. It means the company has confirmed that the reviewer has bought from them.
Unclaimed
A profile that nobody from the company has claimed doesn't get the label. The reviews are written by customers, and nobody replies to them.
