If you enter your domain in Create profile and see the message is already claimed, someone else has already verified the domain. Each profile can only be claimed once.
Is it a colleague?
Most often it's a colleague or a former employee who has claimed the profile.
- Find out who in the company has access to TrustSays Business.
- Ask them to invite you under Settings, Team and roles.
- You get an email with the invitation.
Don't know who it is?
Choose Request access, or contact us. Tell us the domain, your name and your role in the company. Then we'll help you find out.
Isn't it you?
If you think an unauthorised person has claimed your profile, choose We weren't the ones who claimed it. It leads to Report misuse, where you can describe the case.
Good to know
- Claiming requires someone to have proved ownership of the domain with email, DNS or a meta tag.
- There must always be at least one owner. If ownership needs to change because the owner has left, contact us and we'll help.
